Nanotol Protector places an invisible protective layer on the surface and repels dirt. This protects the surface, keeps it as new and makes it very easy to clean. Depending on the type of the coated surface and the demands made of it, the effect lasts for different lengths, but can be renewed very easily and inexpensively everywhere with the specific product Nanotol 2in1.
1. Cleaning
Nanotol Cleaner
Tiny nanopolymers can only enter the pores of the surface when they are really clean. Nanotol Cleaner cleans with high quality, nonionic surfactants gently but thoroughly.
The Cleaner ideally prepares all surfaces for sealing with Nanotol protector.
Nanotol Cleaner is easily biodegradable, chemically active and even removes the most stubborn dirt.
2. Coating
Nanotol Protector
After cleaning the surface, tiny nanopolymers „fill“ the pores. Nanotol Protector should be applied thinly and as the surface has dried, it needs to be polished with a microfiber cloth. This activates nano particles and smoothens the surface. Water and dirt can no longer firmly bond to the surface.
This basic nano coating is only required once and can be renewed as and when required.

The Nanotol effect can be replenished with Nanotol 2in1 occasionally.
Cleaning and coating surfaces in one step. Just spray, apply all over, rinse off and dry with a microfiber cloth.

Nanotol is completely biodegradable
According to OECD guidelines, the surfactants contained in Nanotol products have been confirmed to be easily, rapidly and completely biodegradable. Complete degradation means that the surfactants contained are broken down into small and simple basic building blocks within the prescribed time. In the end, only carbon dioxide (C02), water (H20), mineral salts and biomass remain.
NANOTOL RELIEVES THE ENVIRONMENT
A surface sealed with Nanotol can be cleaned with water without the use of cleaning agents - depending on the load, for several months to several years. This sustainably protects the environment and saves money.
NANOTOL IS HYGIENIC
By ATP-bioluminescence measurements* it could be proven that
1. surfaces cleaned with Nanotol Cleaner are hygienically clean and
2. surfaces sealed with Nanotol Protector remain hygienically clean or become hygienically clean again with water only. This also applies to all combination products (Nanotol 2in1).

Nanotol Protector is food safe
Nanotol Cleaner and Protector were tested in 2006 by the LGA (TÜV Rheinland Group) according to the requirements of §31 LFGB*. In 2018, the test result was not only confirmed by the CBA (Chemical Product Analysis), but also extended to §30 LFGB. In addition, Nanotol products comply with the European Regulation VO(EU)No.10/2011a.
This means that surfaces treated with Nanotol Cleaner and Protector may come into direct contact with food. The test report proves that Nanotol does not contain any substances that are harmful to health and that surfaces sealed with Nanotol do not release any substances and are therefore harmless in direct contact with food.
